As a skilled instructional designer with experience in various areas of the business, I know how to engage learners, build their knowledge, and create effective learning experiences using the latest tools and techniques. I’m versatile and always curious to learn new trends in the industry, making me an invaluable collaborator.

Scripting, storyboarding, editing and animating bite-sized learning videos.
Visual, UX, and interactions to support on demand learning.
Launched dozens of courses on multiple learning management systems. SCORM and/or xAPI compliance for every course. I’ve also created multi-lingual and branching courses where learners can select from up to six different paths/languages within one course.

Business agents were receiving questions about Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices but were unable to assist customers due to their unfamiliarity with DMCA and the reasons customers were being notified. This course, built in Articulate Rise with Vyond videos and animated GIFs, helps agents answer questions and assist customers.
This global compliance course is designed to help learners companywide with email communication, attorney-client privilege, and social media policy. A number of short videos were used but cannot be shared publicly. The course was created in Articulate Rise. Graphics were in collaboration with a graphic designer.
Follow the ADDIE process including conducting needs analysis, high level design plans, detailed outlines, develop mobile friendly learner and facilitator materials, and evaluate effectiveness.

This is a portion of an outline for Leaders as Coaches 2.0, the second year of the program. After a needs analysis including analyzing participant feedback, I worked with the client to identify areas to refresh and build upon in year two. The detailed outline helped convince stakeholders, who desired a two day course, to instead champion a two and a half day course in order to meet all of the learning objectives.
Learners taking Leaders as Coaches were provided the workbook prior to the in-person session. This allowed learners to become familiar with the content and brainstorm real-world examples to discuss and use in class. I created the workbook in InDesign with some interactive elements added in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Learners access the materials via their work assigned iPads. This is a portion of the full workbook.
Over 100 instructors were certified to teach Leaders as Coaches. I knew the facilitator guide had to be easy to follow in order to keep the delivery consistent. Details including associated materials, timing, suggested scripting, and answers to look for, helped keep the facilitators on schedule and focused on the learning experience.
I’ve created and worked on numerous videos including live action and motion graphics. My experience includes scripting, storyboarding, editing, and creating videos in a number of tools including Vyond, iMovie, Camtasia, and publishing to Vimeo and Kaltura. Additionally, I’ve worked with vendor translators (Transperfect) to translate voice and captions into multiple languages.

Working with the 5G B2B team, I built a set of pages for sellers on the various 5G offerings. These were complex solutions and business sellers needed a basic understanding and knowledge on how to engage experts. The product pages contain proprietary information, however this page was designed to help sellers get an overall view of 5G products and the market.
This Vyond video is part of the AT&T Business training on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Agents need to know how to respond to customers with question about copyright violations. It serves as the introduction to an eLearning course on DMCA.
Video was the best method to explain MEC, however I did not have access to a rapid video development tool. I used PowerPoint to animate the graphics and iMovie to edit. The client was extremely pleased and we incorporated this video onto the product training portal page.
This portfolio is an example of my design work. It was built using WordPress with Elementor and custom CSS. Responsive design enables it to work on all screen sizes.
Portals I’ve built have had over 36,000 visitors in the past year with 62% visiting more than one page.

My 5G client provided a simple PowerPoint deck and some hand drawings with ideas on how to showcase their content in a seller friendly format. Using the basic design, I developed slides they could mix and match depending on the pitch. I modified ready to use graphics in Adobe Illustrator to create a city and cutaways that incorporated target 5G clients.
